Rich notes of caramelized apples and burnt sugar mingle with a flash of brandy, while a nutty Formosa roasted oolong base adds earthy depth and a petrichor-like aroma. The subtle tartness of baked apple peel lingers on the finish, creating a sophisticated, layered cup. Perfect both hot and iced, with a touch of milk enhancing its caramel richness.

Created in collaboration with Los Angeles restaurant Bestia, Avalon evokes the mythical Celtic island of apples—a luxurious tea for indulgent afternoons.
